Shaquille Roberts, better known for his stage name “Kid-Musiq” was born in Virginia, spent most of his life, transitioning from North carolina to virginia. Growing up in a real urban environment , he saw many things you’re average teenager wouldnt see. He was subjected to drugs, guns , violence & sex. Which he now uses to portray a story in his music . Living in the metropolitan area, 5 mins from the Nations capital DC & MD..he is from a place, many like to call the #DMV . Meaning “DC, MARYLAND & VIRGINIA” . He grew up in a healthy house hold, until his parents divorced once he turned 14..& thats really when his rapping career started to take off. At first it was a way to take the stress off his father not being there, now its a career that he looks forward to make the most of . Born May 27th 1993 , KiDMusiQ , its still a youngster. But his rapping would prove other wise.
